At Shelly Shines, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your product was damaged when received, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. You can choose a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receiving a damaged order. We will inspect the returned product once received and issue a credit or send an exchange.
– Please contact us using our contact form to initiate an exchange or return on your damaged item(s)
– Please do not discard the shipping boxes or broken or damaged product(s) until your claim has been resolved
– You will be asked in our response message to e-mail photos of the damages, which include images of the damage to the exterior of the packaging material. In the event that you do not provide photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging materials, and make the shipping boxes available to the Post Office for inspection, you void the right to get product replacement on damaged shipments
– In the event you are asked to return the damaged item(s), we will pay for shipping
– All returned items are inspected; to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
– Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for refund or exchange
– Custom, Clearance, Discounted, or Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges
– Your refund will include the price of your item plus any taxes, but will not include original shipping charges or tax on shipping charges
– To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
* Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will be unable to issue a refund or exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We only issue refunds for items if they are defective or damaged. You have up to 30 days to make a claim.
Once your damaged item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
